What is your shipping policy?

For live plants, packages tend to be shipped out early in the week (Monday, Tuesday) to avoid having the package sit in the post. Please be prepared to give it this time to ship out if you ordered later in the week. A tracking number will be sent by email within 1 to 2 days regardless – Please refer to this to follow your shipment. The time given to ship with tracking is the time it takes after the package is sent.

We tend to ship with USPS Priority Mail for speed and reliability. We cannot make any guarantees for the package in case it is lost in transit though USPS Priority Mail by default comes with $100 insurance. If you have any other requests, please say so in the order note when ordering.

Currently, we only ship domestically within the US.

What is your return policy?

All plants are guaranteed to arrive alive. On the condition that it arrives in poor condition, and it cannot be saved, please provide a picture within 24 hours of its arrival for a replacement. After receiving the plant the responsibility of keeping it well cared for falls on you.
